Parkade Sweep

Please be advised that the residential Parkade will be cleaned on the weekend of June 26-28.

In order to ensure the best possible results, all vehicles (including motorcycles) and items must be removed from the Parkade any time after 7PM on the 26th and before 8AM on the 27th. Nothing is to return until after 6PM on the 28th.

In order to accommodate resident parking, Impark has agreed to make the commercial parking levels available to residents at no charge. During the cleaning process, please feel free to park in the Impark area.

Dear Owners & Residents of Capital Center Condominiums,

We are monitoring the ongoing health concerns regarding the COVID – 19 Virus as per the Alberta Health Services (AHS) recommendations. Residents’ health and safety is of the upmost importance to us and we are taking all the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the residents, commercial clients and Condo staff.

The cleaning staff are continuously cleaning the common areas, door handles, elevator buttons, etc. and our night maintenance employees will be cleaning these areas as well.

In order to ensure the best possible results, all vehicles (including motorcycles) and items must be removed from the Parkade any time after 7PM on the 28th and before 8AM on the 29th. Nothing is to return until after 6PM on the 1st.

Website Maintenance

The website server will be down for maintenance on 25 July, beginning at 9:00 AM UTC. The disruption should last for no more than two hours.

Residential Parkade (P2) Door Repairs

On Thursday, 6 June, between the hours of 9am-3pm, access to the Residential portion of the parkade (P2 & P3) will be limited due to door panel replacement. Should you wish to enter/exit this section of the parkade during those hours, there may be delays in doing so. Please be advised.
