November Water Shut Down

The water will be shut down on 4 November from the hours of 9am-5pm in order to complete the repairs to the boiler and water systems. Please be sure to have saved potable water for use during this time.

Thank-you for your patience and understanding to this matter.

Water Shut Down

The water will be shut down on Monday, 23 September, from 9am-4pm in order to conduct repairs to the boiler and water systems.

Please be advised.

Speed Bumps

Speed bumps are to be installed in the parkade today, on levels P1 and P2. This is to protect the waterproof membrane and to slow traffic down (considerably). The By-Laws restrict driving speed in the parkade to 15Km/hr, and most people drive well in excess of that. This solution should solve both issues.

Back Alley

A movement is afoot to have the back alley repaired. See the forum post for more details.

Emergency Water Shut Off

Due to an in-suite flood, the water will be shut off on 20 June, between the hours of 9am-5pm, in order to conduct repairs.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Parkade Cleaning

The parkade is scheduled to be washed and scrubbed on Saturday, 1 June. All vehicles (and any other items) will need to be moved by NO LATER THAN 8am that morning; any vehicles left in the parkade will be towed at the owner's expense.

Temporary parking will be permitted on the Impark side during the cleaning. Vehicles are to be removed from the Impark side NO LATER than Noon on 2 June, and cannot be parked there NO EARLIER than 6pm on 31 May.

Water Shut-Off

The water will be shut-off tomorrow (Wednesday, 8 May) between the hours of 9-5pm. This shut-off is to allow for the heating system to be removed/installed in the gym and (former) pool facilities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but is absolutely necessary. Your understanding is appreciated.

Gym Closure

The gym will be closed for at least the next two weeks for renovations. We hope to have it open again as soon as possible.

Apologies for the short notice, we were just informed of the need to close it ASAP, today.

Hot Water

There has been another complication with the domestic boiler, which will affect the available hot water over the course of this upcoming weekend (20/21 April). Unfortunately, the parts required to fix the issue will not arrive until Monday, at which time, the repairs can be made.

We understand that this situation is a major inconvenience, but all efforts are being made to resolve it as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
